Refund policy

We believe in the quality of our products and want you to love them as much as we do! If you have any issue with a raw good (yarn, cord, etc) or finished product, you can return within 30 days.

Returned items can not be cut, sew, or altered in any way. The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and will receive a full refund of the items minus shipping expenses upon us receiving the returned item(s).

Digital products can not be returned as they can be downloaded to personal devices. Please read all product descriptions in full before purchasing to ensure you are getting what you expect.
